Wine & Music Series
La Nebbia Winery
Half Moon Bay
Premium wines and bluegrass? Well, sure! La Nebbia has a beautiful garden area with picnic tables and bocce ball courts, and now they have outdoor music each 2nd and 4th Sunday through the summer months. Taste wine, buy a bottle and some food, and listen to songs about the evils of moonshine (that's our part). La Nebbia (formerly Obester) is located on Highway 92 just east of Half Moon Bay. "Summer" weather here might mean full sun or full fog--so bring a sweater!
We'll be playing from 1 to 4 p.m.

Good Old Fashioned Bluegrass Festival
San Benito County Fairgrounds
Bolado Park
Also known as GOOFY or HOLLISTER (though it's actually held south of there), this is one of our favorite festivals, and THE annual homecoming party for Northern California bluegrass bands. Twenty-five bands play one set each on the main stage, and when they're not performing, they're jamming nearby...all night long. (Want to sleep? Bring earplugs.) This is the seventeeth annual festival, and we've played at least ten of them.
The music starts Friday afternoon, August 13th, and runs 'til Sunday the 15th. Highway One plays sometime Saturday evening--we're not sure what time.
